IMA have conducted fee and contract reviews in more than 80 countries around the world. We cover all types of marketing agencies including Advertising, Digital, DM, Sales Promotion, Design, PR and Event Management.

How do we do it?
We’ve developed a structured process, called our “Workplan” approach which ensures agency/client alignment on scope of work along with a detailed analysis of agency costs that are rigorously benchmarked against our local and international database. We also regularly advise and consult on agency management process, performance-related fee programmes and agency assessments.

The IMA team also has in-depth agency contract experience. Our best practice approach means we can originate, prepare and negotiate contracts through to final agreement or we can advise and review an existing client/agency contract. We also advise many of our clients on compliance to Sarbannes Oxley legislation.

The overall result is improved and steamlined agency working processes, enhanced client/agency relationship, reduced client contractual risk and importantly cost savings. These savings typically range from 5-15% but can often be much higher.
