Management Team

The IMA management team includes CEO Sheryl Norman and the Co-Founders Derek Groves and Stanley Hutton along with Board Director Peter Ronnenbergh. We also have a team of over 25 experts providing functional expertise in all aspects of marketing services, production and advertising agency management.

Sheryl Norman – CEO

Sheryl has 25 years experience in senior marketing communication roles within consumer products companies and agencies in Europe and North America – including Omnicom, Coca-Cola, Disney and IPG.  She has several years digital experience as Digital Director of Omnicom Media Group UK and leading the creation of a long-term digital strategy for Coca-Cola UK.  She has extensive knowledge and experience in agency fee and contract negotiation.

Stanley Hutton – Co-Founder
In his long-standing career, Stan has held senior sales, marketing and general management roles  with top brands including L’Oreal, Cheseborough-Ponds and Pfizer.   He co-founded IMA in 1989 and has been responsible for leading our agency compensation and contracting services for a wide range of International clients.  He now tends to focus on Financial and Legal matters for IMA and key clients.

Derek Groves – Co-Founder
Co-founder of IMA, Derek has overseen and negotiated production costs for hundreds of major advertisers covering more than 1,000 TV productions.  Derek spent 9 years as Marketing Director of Nabisco and honed his advertising skills at a top London agency.  He has international advertising and marketing experience with Unilever, Cheseborough-Ponds and Revlon.  He has led IMA’s production consultancy offering since 1989.

Peter Ronnenbergh – Board Director
Peter has held senior roles in line management and consulting with extensive experience in international marketing procurement.  He also has experience working across a range of blue chip businesses including Nokia, Aviva, BA, Gap, Diageo, Glaxo and TRW.  He has led a number of marketing procurement assessments and reviews for large multi-national clients and has experience of leading practices across all marketing categories.
